With hypnosis, we can transform negative behavioural and thought patterns into positive, constructive ones (and attract a lot more positive events into our lives), we can effectively reduce stress, leave unhealthy habits behind us, overcome depressive feelings, learn to handle pain in a different way, and much, much more.
In hypnosis, we can temporarily put aside our conscious, rational mind – that’s the part of us that often tends to be critical, not in the least about ourselves ;-) – and directly get in touch with our subconscious mind, where the necessary resources to find solutions are waiting to be activated. This can be achieved in a state of deep relaxation – or, in other words, in a hypnotic state.
During the first session, we identify exactly what you’d like to work on and what is needed to start the change process. During the subsequent session(s), we work with the actual hypnosis and positive suggestions to the subconscious mind. Fascinating? Absolutely! People are so much more, and can do so much more than what we believe is possible at first sight...
